At Soulmate AI, your privacy is our highest priority. This policy explains how we handle data within our mobile application.
We collect minimal data to provide app functionality:
Authentication: We use Google Firebase Authentication. When you sign in, we receive your name and email address. This is used only to manage your account and "Titan" subscription.
User Content: All soulmate characters, chat histories, and generated photos/videos are stored locally on your device. We do not have access to your private generations.
Our app uses the Google Gemini API to generate content.
When you generate an image, the prompt and reference photo are sent to Google for real-time processing.
Google does not use this data to train its models for other users, and the data is processed according to Google’s Enterprise Privacy standards.
We use Google AdMob to show rewarded ads. AdMob may collect and use personal data, including your device's advertising ID, to show relevant ads and prevent fraud.
Encryption: All data sent between the app and our service providers (Firebase/Gemini) is encrypted using industry-standard SSL/TLS.
User Control: You can delete all your data at any time using the "Purge All App Data" button in the app settings. This will permanently erase your local storage.
Soulmate AI is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under the age of 13.
