User Data Deletion Instructions – Soulmate IA App

If you would like to delete your Soulmate account and all associated data, please follow the steps below:

1. Send an email to:
   📧 soulmate.app.ia@gmail.com
   
   

2. Use the subject line: “Data Deletion Request”
   
   

3. In the message, include the following information:
   
   

   • The email address associated with your Soulmate account
     
     

   • Whether you signed in using:
     
     

     • Email and password,

     • Google Login, or

     • Facebook Login
       
       

   • Any additional information needed to verify account ownership, if requested.
     
     

Once we receive your request, we will permanently and irreversibly delete:

• Your account

• All personal information you provided

• Any login credentials (email/password, Google, or Facebook)

• Any data stored or generated within the app
  
  

Your data will not be retained after deletion, fully complying with Google and Facebook Login requirements.
