I graduated from Western Oregon University with my BA in Early Childhood Education in 2019. I since spent time teaching preschool-8th grade students and in special education programs. I am also a certified Traditional Health Worker and provide family-centered peer-delivered services.
My services are family-centered and strength-based. I use a holistic approach to wellness that includes ten areas of health: social, emotional, intellectual, nutritional, financial, environmental, physical, spiritual, dental, and occupational.
I am an advocate for families, parents, and youth. I am familiar with multiple community services and systems such as: educational, medical, mental health, disability, addiction, and many other services.
I am passionate about learning and supporting youth and their parents in getting the most enjoyment out of life and in developing skills to support each other to get the most out of their relationships and thrive in life.
I believe in the power of mental health services, inclusion, and that everybody has a place in the world and our community.
