• All payments made for paid services or subscriptions are strictly non-refundable

• Once a payment is successfully processed, no refunds (partial or full) will be issued

• This includes cases of dissatisfaction, delayed delivery, change of mind, or non-usage of the service

2. Subscription Cancellation

• Users may cancel their paid subscription any time after one month from the date of purchase

• After cancellation, no further charges will be applied

• Premium access will remain active until the end of the current billing period

3. Changes or Termination by Soulby.ai

• Soulby.ai reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service, feature, or plan

• Such changes may occur with or without prior notice

• Active users will be informed via email at their registered address when applicable
