For the highest quality offerings, please review this service agreement prior to booking an appointment.

Payment is due at time of service rendered.  If purchasing a package, entire package fee is due at time of first session.  Packages and session fees are nonrefundable.  Payments are accepted in cash, check, PayPal, Venmo. Failure to make payment will result in cancellations of current session and/or suspension of future sessions until payment is made.
