Civilians are the most important and fundamental part of Roleplay. In order for anything to work, civilians are the key. With civilians, scenes can be created, law enforcement and Fire & Rescue have a purpose, as well as EMS. Civilians are allowed to apply to any department of their choice however they may only apply to one law enforcement agency, one Fire & EMS agency, and one roadworks/public services departments.

Here at ST:RP we have a lot to offer for civilian roleplay. In ST:RP we offer so many jobs and opportunities for civilians such as agriculture, media news crews, postal workers, gas station workers, truck drivers, restaurant & food truck employees, taxi & limo drivers and much more! Only a select few of our civilian operations are "admin-ran" meaning that only select server staff can use those specific jobs. Some admin-ran jobs are Horizon Technician, Liberty Grid Worker & Engineer, R-Mobile Technician, Oh-Kay Plumbing, Grayson County Department of Sanitation, Bloodmobile and a few others.
