The Role of the School Organizational Team is to:
Provide input on the budget and school performance plan each spring.
Use data to assist the principal in making key decisions focused on student achievement.
Assist with the selection of the next principal when there is a vacancy.
The Requirements of Team Members are to:
Regularly attend monthly meetings starting in October 2025.
Serve on the team through September 30, 2026.
Assist in making decisions with the whole school population in mind.
Work collaboratively and attempt to reach consensus with the team.
