Before deleting your data, please be aware that all of your purchases, current progress, subscriber benefits, and any other information will be permanently LOST!
By requesting to delete your personal data, you state that you understand this fact and approve the deletion of this related information. Deleting your mobile account is permanent across all devices. We won’t be able to recover your in-game items or your progress in any games linked to the account. It also means you won’t be able to recover your account on a different iOS or Android device. However, it will be possible to start the game over from Level 1.

If you're unable to provide all of the above information, we may need to ask you some questions to verify ownership. We take these steps to ensure the security of all accounts.
7 DAY GRACE PERIOD
Note: After queuing your account for deletion, you have 7 days to change your mind. If you do NOT notify us that you wish to stop this process, your account will be fully deleted and your account will not be recoverable.
We also support deletion of user data in the game, but you need to re-download the application to submit the request.
To request deleting all of your personal data in games, follow these simple steps:
Go to Settings.
Choose Account.
Tap Delete Account.
Confirm that you want to permanently delete your account.
You can also delete your mobile account by raising an in-game help ticket with our customer service team. Go to your game app settings and look for the support button. Heads-up that the button name might be different depending on the game, but you’ll find it under the Settings menu.
