This Privacy Policy describes how OmniShift Studios ("we", "us") handles information in connection with the mobile game Sort Spectrum (the "App"). By installing or using the App, you agree to the practices described below.

The App does not require you to create an account and does not ask you for personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number. Your game progress (levels, stars, settings) is stored only on your device.
The App uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you, primarily to serve advertisements. This may include: a device advertising identifier (e.g., Google Advertising ID); general device information (model, OS version, language); approximate non-precise location derived from IP address; and app usage data related to ads.
Advertising
The App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. AdMob and its partners may use the information above to provide and personalize ads and to measure ad performance. Where required by law (e.g., for users in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland), the App presents a consent request before personalized ads are shown, using Google's User Messaging Platform. You may decline personalized advertising.
Your Choices
You can reset your advertising identifier or opt out of ad personalization in your device settings (e.g., Settings → Google → Ads on Android). Where a consent prompt is shown, you can choose not to consent to personalized ads.
Children's Privacy
The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us so we can address it.
Data Security
We rely on the security measures of the platforms and service providers we use. Information transmitted by the advertising services is sent over encrypted connections.
Data Retention
On-device game data remains until you clear the App's data or uninstall the App. Data handled by Google AdMob is retained according to Google's own policies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
