Sortivo ("the App") is a mobile game developed and published by Sortivo.

If you choose to sign in to Sortivo using Google Play Games, the App uses Google Play Games Services and Firebase Authentication to authenticate your account.

The Firebase UID is a unique identifier generated by Firebase and is used to associate your game data with your account.
Sortivo does not ask you to provide or enter an email address. Sortivo does not use your email address as your username or display name.
Google Play Games and Firebase may process additional information as necessary to provide their authentication services according to their respective policies.
When you use Sortivo's online features, the App may store game-related information in Firebase Firestore.

Leaderboard scores

This information is used to provide online leaderboard functionality, maintain game progress or statistics where applicable, and operate the game's online features.
Your display name or username may be visible to other Sortivo players through leaderboard features.
The Firebase UID is used internally to associate your game data with your account and is not intended to be displayed publicly as your player name.
Sortivo uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how users interact with the App and to help us improve gameplay, performance, stability, and the overall user experience.
Google Analytics for Firebase may automatically collect certain information, including:
App-instance identifiers
Advertising identifiers
Approximate location information

App usage and interaction information

Sortivo also uses Firebase Analytics to measure certain in-app events, including:

If you use Sortivo without signing in, the App does not create a Google Play Games account for you.
If you sign in with Google Play Games, information associated with your Firebase account and game activity may be stored in Firebase services for as long as necessary to provide the relevant game features, maintain records, prevent abuse, or comply with legal requirements.
Third-party analytics and advertising providers may retain information according to their respective policies, business practices, and legal requirements.
Sortivo does not control the retention periods used by third-party service providers.
Users who sign in to Sortivo may have information stored in Firebase Authentication and Firebase Firestore, such as a Firebase UID, display name, and game-related or leaderboard data.
Sortivo does not currently provide an in-app account deletion feature.
