Usman ("I", "we," "our," or "us") operates the Sortive mobile and desktop application (the "App"). We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy.

Our applications are designed to be "Local-First." This means that the content you create (such as tasks, notes, calendar events, and financial entries) is stored locally on your device's internal storage (e.g., using an Isar database).
We do not have access to, nor do we store, your personal content on our servers unless you explicitly enable a cloud backup or sync feature in a future update.
To provide account management and sync capabilities, we may use third-party authentication services, such as Google Sign-In. If you choose to use these services, we collect minimal public profile information provided by the third party, which may include:
Email Address: Used as a unique identifier for your account.
Name: Used to personalize the user interface.
Profile Picture: Used to personalize the user interface.
We never receive or store your passwords for these third-party accounts.
To improve app stability and fix bugs, we may collect anonymous, aggregated telemetry data. This data does not personally identify you. This may include:

Crash reports (e.g., stack traces when the app closes unexpectedly).

Local Data: You can delete your local data at any time by clearing the App's storage in your device settings or uninstalling the App.

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. However, remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Our App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we get a notice that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will immediately delete this from our records.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time without any prior notice. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.
