• No Account Required: You can play SortIt without registering with your personal name or email address.

• Anonymous & Play Games Authentication: We utilize Firebase Anonymous Auth and/or Google Play Games Services to securely track leaderboards without collecting personal identifiers.

• Local-First Storage: Game progress, laboratory customizations, levels, and coins are saved directly on your device.

• Family-Friendly: We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

2. Information We Collect

A. Information Stored Locally

SortIt stores puzzle progress, lab customizations, unlocked items, coins, and player settings locally on your device.

B. Information Processed for Online Features

• Unique User Identifiers: Anonymous user ID (UID) generated by Firebase or Google Play Games player identifier.

• Daily Challenge Stats: Move counts, completion times, and timestamps submitted to Cloud Firestore for rankings.

• Display Name: A chosen player nickname for public leaderboards.

• Diagnostics: Crash logs and diagnostic data to improve app performance.

3. Third-Party Services

SortIt uses standard Google services:

• Google Play Services & Google Play Games

• Google Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Cloud Functions)

• Google Play In-App Billing

4. Data Retention & Deletion

You can delete all locally saved data at any time by clearing the application cache/data or uninstalling the app. For cloud leaderboard records, contact us to request data deletion.

5. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

SortIt is suitable for all ages and complies with COPPA and GDPR-K guidelines. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
