Sort It!

DATA DELETION
For Sort It! saved-game deletion, use the individual-game deletion controls in your Google Play Games profile and remove the local copy through Android's app-storage controls. Stop synchronization first to avoid restoring or uploading an existing copy again. For deletion of support information provided to Pocket Arcade Studio, email pocketarcadestudio@gmail.com. Section 7 below explains the steps, data retained by Google, and retention exceptions. These actions do not cancel purchases or guarantee deletion of Google's payment records.
1. Who We Are
Pocket Arcade Studio provides Sort It! (the "App"). This policy explains the information used to run the game, save progress, provide advertising and purchases, and respond to support requests.
Contact: pocketarcadestudio@gmail.com
2. Information Stored on Your Device
The App stores game progress and settings on your device. These records include your current and highest level, gold and heart balances, heart recovery and unlimited-heart times, booster availability and introductory-use status, level-generation and category-history information, purchase-delivery records, and preferences such as sound and language.
Local purchase records help prevent a completed transaction from granting the same reward more than once. Local cloud-save metadata identifies the Play Games player associated with a save and the last synchronized game record.
3. Google Play Games Sign-In and Cloud Saves
The App uses Google Play Games Services on Android for sign-in and saved games. It accesses your Play Games player ID and display name to identify the connected player and associate progress with that player. It does not ask you to enter your Google password into the App.
When Play Games is connected, the App synchronizes a game-save record through Google's Saved Games service. This record contains progress, virtual balances, heart timers, booster state, level-generation and category-history data, purchased-gold totals, and identifiers used to recognize previously delivered purchases. Those purchase identifiers include the product and order identifiers supplied by Google Play. Sound and language preferences are not part of this cloud-save record.
Synchronization can run automatically when the game starts, resumes, or progress changes. Existing Google or Play Games settings can affect whether a player is already signed in. When sign-in is unavailable, the game can continue using local progress. Connecting later can offer a cloud record or ask you to choose between conflicting records. A connected account or accepted save request does not guarantee that an upload has finished.
The App associates a local save with its connected Play Games player to avoid sending that save to a different account. Switching your Google account does not automatically transfer the save to the new account. Manage the sign-in account through your Google or Play Games settings.
The App does not currently implement public leaderboards, achievements, friend-list access, or an in-game social profile. Google separately processes Play Games account, service-usage, and diagnostic information under its own policies.
4. Advertising
The App uses Google AdMob to display in-game banner ads, interstitial ads between selected levels, and rewarded ads that you choose to watch. App-open advertising is disabled in this release.
Google's Mobile Ads SDK processes IP addresses, device or account identifiers, ad and app interactions, and diagnostic information to deliver and measure advertising and help detect abuse. IP addresses can be used to estimate a general location. Availability of identifiers and the way ads are served depend on your device settings, applicable privacy choices, and Google's configuration.
The Remove Ads purchase disables automatic banner and interstitial ads while the purchase entitlement is active. Optional rewarded ads remain available. Buying Remove Ads does not disable Google Play Games or Google Play Billing, or erase information already processed by those services.
The App uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request current privacy-choice information when the App starts and to display an advertising-consent message where required by the configured regional message. Advertising requests begin only when the SDK indicates they are permitted. A choice to decline personalized advertising does not necessarily remove all advertising; the available ad types depend on your choices and Google's requirements.
When the SDK requires a way to change your choices, open Settings, then Privacy Policy, and select Advertising privacy options. This opens Google's privacy-choice form so you can review or change your selections. If the initial privacy request fails, the App can show an option to try again. If the SDK cannot confirm that advertising is permitted, the App does not request ads.
You can also use Android's advertising-identifier controls and Google's advertising settings. These controls and advertising-consent choices do not delete your saved game or purchase records.
5. In-App Purchases
Google Play processes payments for Remove Ads and optional virtual goods, including gold, timed unlimited hearts, and bundles. The App receives purchase information from Google Play, such as product identifiers, transaction/order identifiers, and purchase status. It uses this information to provide purchased benefits, restore eligible purchases, and avoid duplicate delivery.
Purchase-delivery identifiers and purchased-gold totals form part of the saved game and are included in cloud synchronization when connected. The App does not receive your full payment-card details. Google handles payment-account information and transaction records under its own terms and privacy policy.
6. Support and Diagnostics
If you email us, we receive your email address, your message, and any attachments or purchase details you choose to provide. We use this information to investigate and respond to your request. Do not send passwords, payment-card numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
This release does not integrate a separate developer-operated analytics or crash-reporting service. Google's advertising and Play Games services can still process their own diagnostic and usage information. This distinction does not mean that the App and its SDKs collect no data.
7. Data Storage, Retention, and Deletion
Local game records remain on the device until they are replaced during play or removed through Android's app-storage controls or uninstallation. Clearing local data can permanently remove progress that has not been synchronized. Google Play can restore an eligible non-consumable purchase; this is separate from restoring spent virtual goods or a saved game.
Connected cloud records are stored through Google Play Games Saved Games. The App does not apply a fixed automatic expiry to those records. Their retention and deletion also depend on Google's service and account controls.
To delete Google-held Play Games data for this game, use the individual-game deletion controls in your Play Games profile. Google's current instructions are available at https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/9130646 . This release does not include an in-app cloud-delete button. Removing the App or clearing its local data does not by itself delete a Google-held cloud save.
If you want to remove both copies, stop the App from synchronizing through your Play Games sign-in settings, remove local app data on the devices you use, and use Google's game-data deletion controls. Resuming connected play with an existing local record can upload game data again; signing in with an existing cloud record can restore it. Deletion of game data does not necessarily remove Google's payment records or separate Play activity history.
You can contact us about support correspondence or other information you provided directly to us. We will review requests for access, correction, or deletion as applicable. We cannot directly delete your Google account or guarantee deletion of records Google is required or permitted to retain.
Support emails are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to answer requests, maintain support history, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, or comply with legal obligations. To request deletion of support correspondence, contact pocketarcadestudio@gmail.com. Limited records may be retained where required for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution.
8. Service Providers and International Processing
The App uses Google services for advertising, payments, and connected game saves. Data needed for those features is processed by Google; the current App does not send game-save records to a separate Pocket Arcade Studio server. Google services and the email service used for support can process information in countries other than your own under their applicable policies and safeguards.

9. Security
We use the storage and service mechanisms described above to support the App. Google documents encryption in transit for its Mobile Ads and Play Games SDK data. Local saves and third-party services are not immune to device loss, unauthorized access, corruption, or service interruption. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
10. Children and Age-Appropriate Use
The App is intended for players aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. The age at which you can independently consent to data processing or agree to terms can be higher where you live. Younger players must follow applicable parent or guardian permission requirements and the age requirements of the Google services they use.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact pocketarcadestudio@gmail.com so that we can review the situation and address access or deletion as applicable.
11. Changes to This Policy
We will update this policy when our practices change and revise the date above. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain an applicable choice before a change takes effect.

13. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a portable copy of personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, to withdraw consent where processing relies on it, or to complain to a data-protection authority. Contact us about information you provided directly to Pocket Arcade Studio. We may need sufficient information to verify and respond to your request. Use Google's controls or contact Google for information it controls independently. Withdrawing consent does not change the lawfulness of processing that occurred before withdrawal.
