Tabuena, actively demonstrated dedication to safety through providing PPE such as hard hats, safety shoes, safety spectacles, reflectorized coverall suit, insulated gloves, harness and anchor points in addition to periodically reviewing compliance with OSH standards and providing significant safety trainings. Accidents and injuries have profound impact on our linemen and their families thus, the GM sees to it that the linemen's' well-being is a top priority.

Taking part in the DepEd’s Brigada Eskwela Program promoting collaboration for schools' safety and resiliency. SORECO II linemen using satellite offices’ equipment check electrical wirings, repair defective electrical materials to ensure the schools’ power reliability, sustainability and safety.
Pailaw sa Undas: The annual temporary lighting installation in cemeteries during All Saints’ Day, bringing brightness, security, and safety to all those visiting to honor their loved ones.
