This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (the “Parent” or “Guardian”) and WhitegloveAI LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) for the use of the Sorin mobile application and services (“App”).
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Supervision: Sorin is designed for children. By allowing a child to use the App, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian and you provide consent for the child to interact with our AI.
Responsibility: You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including ensuring the child uses the App in a safe and appropriate manner.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your mobile devices for personal, non-commercial, educational purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement.
Sorin offers premium features via auto-renewing subscriptions (Starter, Family, and Premium Plans).
Billing: Payments are processed through your Apple ID or Google Play account.
Auto-Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Cancellations: You may manage and cancel your subscription via your App Store/Google Play account settings. We do not provide partial refunds for unused subscription periods.
Free Trials: Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Nature of AI: You acknowledge that Sorin uses generative AI. While we utilize advanced filters (Safe AI Chat), AI can occasionally produce inaccurate or unexpected information.
Not a Replacement: Sorin is an educational companion and is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or safety advice.
Prohibited Content: You and your child agree not to use the App to generate illegal, harmful, threatening, or sexually explicit content.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details our compliance with COPPA and how we protect your family's data. We do not sell user data.
All intellectual property in the App—including the AI models, "Sorin" branding, code, and UI design—is owned by WhitegloveAI LLC. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WhitegloveAI LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App. The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."
This license is effective until terminated by you or us. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any terms of this Agreement.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
