TERMS OF SERVICE

Sorex Fire Apparatus is a manufacturer of Fire Apparatus and fire stations, we have the rights too but are not limited too, Deny service and refuse affiliation.

Section 1

1. Distribution of our apparatus to others is NOT ALLOWED. Due to asset leaks if you buy it, you agree no one will be receiving or have access to your order. This includes Team Creates as well. If your purchased asset was leaked, through a Team Create, you hold full responsibility. If the Person will not remove the model we have the right to file a DCMA.

2. We require every purchaser to review their model, Nothing is finalized until (you) are satisfied with your order, all payments will be made after this. We strongly will reject refunds if everything was finalized before you paid.

3. Claiming our assets as your own and reselling is against roblox policy and our terms of service. We own the assets we sell, and brand them, this will follow a DCMA if this is broken.

Section 2

1. Custom Ordering is made for your own creativity, we will do the best of our abilities to build everything to your needs.

2. We do import to an extent, but most things are mesh or union parts, we offer functional pumps, compartment doors, and trailers.

3. Paints and UV maps are free, if your buying a truck, Els can be custom build with the AG Chassis system

4. Poor Customer service is a big NO, any customer to experience this at sorex may contact JakePlaysYT2914 or Sparkysteklasa2025 for further actions.

Section 3

1. Do not spam chat or tickets

2. Do not tag the founders unless there’s a major problem, create a ticket

3. Staff can gladly take orders, however Sparky and Jake are the main truck devs for Sorex

4. Profanity to a minimum, no NSFW, and no offensive content or speech

5. If you or anyone else doesn’t obey the TOS, one of our staff will take action and resolve any problem by warning, kicking, or banning you

6. Depending on the extent of an issue/problem caused, you will get a warning followed up by a ban of which you will be informed on by a staff member of our team

7. Do not making annoying, loud, or high pitched noises while in voice chat

8. Any staff member has the right to move or remove you from a voice chat if they feel they need to

9. Please try to use English as much as possible unless you need help, in that case we can find someone to help translate what you need to (not fully guaranteed)

10. Links are prohibited if you’re not a staff member, or if it is unrelated or dangerous content

11. Disrespecting or impersonating staff is prohibited and will lead to a ban

Partnerships

1. Must have 50 Members or more

2. Must meet discord TOS

3. Must be a business and sell products

4. Must keep in touch with affiliates and make a product with us

Staff

1. Must be 13 or older

2. Must read TOS and learn what we expect

3. Fill out an application

4. Must be responsible to earn kick privileges

5. Be respectful to customers

6. Cannot take assets

7. Must obey Developers and Higher Positions

Developers

1. Must be able to build with A or AG Chassis

2. Must have experience with building good but on a schedule.

3. Can take some amount of stress

4. Can interact with customers to find exactly what they want

5. Is active and willing to earn their earnings through the amount of orders they take a month.

Violation of the Terms Of Service will be reported and treated
