Sora OKA
I am a M1 student studying HCI at the University of Tokyo.
My interest in design began during my childhood in Shanghai and Beijing, where I was fascinated by Chinese characters and paper-cutting. Upon entering university, I started studying design in the field of architecture. However, I realized along the way that I was more interested in people than in objects, which led me to awaken to HCI, thinking about connecting people and objects. Currently, I am researching self-folding structures, inflatables, and cotton candy.
