A variety of delightful delicacies originated from an intense passion in cooking and a skill honed through a series of international workshops, Sopresa Food Products Manufacturing was born in the humble barangay of Labit West in Urdaneta City, Pangasinan, Philippines.

  Patricia L. Morente is the woman behind the booming success of Sopresa Products. Being determined and perseverant in nature, the former OFW in Singapore for 11 years later found herself managing a type of busines her heart truly desires. Inspired by her two sons, she went back home to the Philippines to be with them and put up a food manufacturing business that no one has ever formulated and tasted. The road towards the success of her business is such a perfect blend of passion and education. Her love for cooking propelled her to aspire farther and further when she enrolled herself in various cooking workshops in Singapore. Her credibility went a notch higher when she entered the prestigious World Internet Academy (WIA) where she had the golden opportunity to interact with and learn from professionals and businessmen who later helped her ignite her vision to establish her own business. Seldom can we find a food manufacturer who is also cooking guru. She never hesitated to share what she has learned in her cooking classes. 

 The very first product sold under the brand was the pineapple tart. Morente’s own version of the cookie with pineapple filling was such a huge success that it enabled her to produce more food products in her own unique and savvy way. In the succeeding seasons, her business started manufacturing healthy chips, baked peanuts, layer cakes, pizza bread, sausage bread, pickled papaya, pickled mushroom and chili paste-- all are 100% organic.

  March 26, 2019 marked the greatest milestone of Sopresa Products when it was formally registered at Negosyo Trading Center DTI Dagupan.

  What started from a simple cooking and selling of already known Pinoy delicacies to discovering and innovating her own recipe, Sopresa Food Products Manufacturing has become one of the most active participants in the provincial and regional trade events all because of the customers’ demand for the products’ distinctive tastes and health benefits.
