My name is Sophia Boughey, and I am from Red Lodge, Montana. I am majoring in Communicative Sciences and Disorders with a minor in Psychology at the University of Montana. I want to pursue speech-language pathology because I can combine my passion for helping people with my desire to study the human body and mind. I would also like to obtain a certification in music therapy, and eventually train a therapy dog to bring to work with me. I am inspired by music, being outdoors, reading, and volunteer work. I am a proud diversity, equity, and inclusion advocate, member of the Davidson Honors College, and the MOSSAIC Student Director of Campus and Community Inclusion and Safety.
