My name is Sopheak Sorn from Cambodia. I am a theoretical condensed matter postdoc at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, Germany.
My research focuses on the rich properties of magnetic systems featuring nontrivial topology in real space and reciprocal space, such as topological spin textures and topological band structure. Topics of my interest include:
Dynamics of magnetic solitons such as skyrmions and hopfions
Emergent phenomena due to topological spin textures
Transports and topological properties of unconventional magnets
Linear and nonlinear responses.
