About Me

My name is Alexis, and I am an Animal Bodywork Practitioner. I'm an animal lover and pet owner. I have two cats, dogs, and horses that I love dearly. Since I was young, I’ve had a passion for animals. Originally, I hoped to pursue a career as a vet, but quickly learned that route wasn't for me, although the body fascinated me. Once I learned about massage, I knew I had found my "calling" in life. I believe that massage/bodywork enables me to care for animals in a completely different and unique way. 

I've been certified by Angel's Animals Holistic Studies in canine, feline, and equine massage, as well as kinesiology. 

I'm currently working on my Acupressure, Craniosacral, Reiki, and ANMR certifications.

I've been performing bodywork for three years under an apprentice/mentorship arrangement with The Balanced Orchid , and now I am starting my journey pursuing a career in animal health. Given the opportunity, I always choose to shadow, as I gain new insights each time.
