Soojin Oh

I am an assistant professor in the Management and Strategy Department at HKU Business School, The University of Hong Kong (Link to my faculty profile). 

I received my Ph.D. in Business Administration, with a concentration on Management & Organization (Organizational Behavior), from Pennsylvania State University. I earned a master's degree in Organizational Psychology and a dual degree, a B.A. in English Language and Literature and a B.A. in Psychology, from Seoul National University in South Korea. 

My research has been published in leading academic journals in management and applied psychology, such as Academy of Management Review, Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Organizational Behavior, and Journal of Management Studies.
