Booking Confirmation & Advance: All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of a specified advance payment (e.g., 25% of the estimated fare) which is non-refundable upon cancellation.

Payment Policy: The remaining balance is due to the driver in cash or agreed digital means upon pickup, or as specified in your booking confirmation voucher.

Taxes & Extra Charges: All fares exclude additional costs such as highway Toll Taxes, Parking Fees, State Permits, and Driver Allowance, which are to be paid by the Customer.

Outstation/Time: Outstation travel will be subject to a minimum charge of 250 kilometers per day, and the rental period is defined from our garage back to the garage.

Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time; otherwise, the full advance amount will be forfeited.

Vehicle Care & Damage: The Customer is responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle interior or exterior due to negligence, and such costs must be paid immediately.

Prohibited Items: The transport of flammable, hazardous, illegal, or illicit materials is strictly prohibited inside the vehicle.

Delay/Breakdown: Sood Travels is not liable for delays or itinerary changes caused by unavoidable circumstances, including traffic, road closures, severe weather, or mechanical breakdown.

Customer Belongings: The Customer is solely responsible for their luggage and personal belongings; Sood Travels is not liable for any lost, damaged, or misplaced items left in the vehicle.
