We are always seeking skilled and experienced Field Foremen/Installers to lead and work alongside our installation crew. This role is hands-on and requires someone who can manage projects in the field, ensure quality workmanship, maintain safety standards, and deliver an exceptional experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, excellent problem‑solving skills, and a solid background in construction or screen enclosure installation.
We are also hiring a Shop Manager to oversee daily operations in our fabrication and materials facility. This position is responsible for maintaining an organized and efficient shop environment, managing inventory, ordering materials, and coordinating all material deliveries for upcoming projects. Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to keep workflows running smoothly are essential.
