# Sonio Privacy Policy

Sonio ("Sonio", "we", "us", or "our") provides an AI music generation and creator studio app. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

## Information We Collect

We may collect account information such as your email address, profile name, avatar, authentication provider identifiers, and user ID when you sign in.

We collect content and usage data needed to provide the app, including music prompts, generated track metadata, uploaded audio files, generated audio, cover images, video outputs, captions, creator projects, credit balances, purchases, subscription status, and app activity required to operate the service.

We collect purchase and subscription information through RevenueCat and the applicable app store. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

We may collect advertising and device identifiers when permitted by your device settings, consent choices, and applicable law. Advertising is provided through third-party ad SDKs and may be personalized only where allowed.

We may collect technical information such as device type, operating system, app version, crash or error logs, network requests, and approximate usage events to keep the app secure and reliable.

## How We Use Information

We use information to create and manage your account, generate music and creator assets, store your library, deliver purchases and credits, verify subscriptions, provide support, prevent abuse, improve app performance, comply with legal obligations, and show ads or promotional offers where allowed.

## AI Processing

When you generate music, covers, videos, lyrics, captions, or creator assets, your prompts and related content may be sent to AI service providers used by Sonio. Do not submit content that you do not have the right to use or content that includes sensitive personal information.

## Third-Party Services

Sonio uses third-party services including Supabase for authentication, database, storage, and edge functions; RevenueCat for purchase and subscription management; Google Sign-In for authentication; Google AI services for AI generation; Yodo1 MAS and mediated ad networks for advertising; and app store services from Google Play and Apple.

These providers may process information according to their own privacy policies. We require service providers to process information only for permitted purposes.

## Sharing

We do not sell your personal information in the ordinary meaning of the word. We may share information with service providers, app stores, advertising partners where permitted, legal authorities when required, and business successors if Sonio is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer.

## Public Content

If you choose to publish a track or make it public, the content and related metadata may be visible to other users. You can keep tracks private unless you intentionally share or publish them.

## Data Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide Sonio, maintain purchase and legal records, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and comply with law. You may request deletion of your account and personal information, subject to legal and operational retention requirements.

## Your Choices

You can manage ad tracking and app permissions in your device settings. You can restore purchases through the app store. You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.

## Children

Sonio is not intended for children under 13 or the minimum age required in your country. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

## Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

## International Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live. We take steps designed to protect information according to this Privacy Policy and applicable law.

## Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the effective date and, where required, notify you of material changes.
