Welcome to SonicWave (the "App"), a mobile application developed and operated by Kello Solutions ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using SonicWave, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

SonicWave is a hardware maintenance utility designed to emit specific audio frequencies, sound waves, and haptic vibrations intended to clear dust, debris, and water droplets from mobile device speaker grills.

2. Eligibility & Account-Free Use

• You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App.

• SonicWave does not require user registration, profiles, or accounts. The service is provided directly through your local device hardware upon installation.

3. Safe Usage Guidelines & User Responsibility

Because SonicWave manipulates your device's physical audio hardware, you agree to follow these safety rules strictly:

• Audio Safety: The App generates high-intensity, high-frequency, and low-frequency sounds. Never place the device near your ears, or the ears of others or animals, while the cleaning process is active. Always disconnect headphones, earbuds, or bluetooth headsets before starting a clean.

• Volume Control: The App requires high volume levels to achieve the physical air displacement needed to eject debris. Use of the App is entirely at your own risk.

• Device Placement: You are responsible for ensuring your phone is held or placed securely (e.g., face-down or vertically pointing down) so that vibrations do not cause the device to fall or sustain physical damage.

4. Hardware Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

SonicWave is a maintenance utility, not a physical repair service.

• No Guarantees: We make no guarantees that SonicWave will successfully remove all water, dust, or debris, or that it will restore audio quality to its original factory state.

• Pre-existing Damage: SonicWave cannot repair physically torn diaphragms, water-corroded circuits, or blown-out speakers.

• Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kello Solutions shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Physical damage to your device hardware (e.g., blown speaker coils or damage caused by excessive device vibration).

  • Hearing damage caused by a failure to follow the safe usage guidelines (Section 3).

  • Device damage resulting from water moisture being pushed deeper into unsealed components of an already heavily compromised device.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App (excluding user-saved local logs), including the code, UI design, logos, and audio-generation algorithms, are and will remain the exclusive property of Kello Solutions. You may not reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute the audio components of this App.

6. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. You can terminate these Terms at any time by simply uninstalling the App from your device.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Kello Solutions operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
