• Work closely with various customers including AEP, Entergy, Florida Power & Light, BC Hydro and Hydro One to formulate the detailed design 

of computing, alarming, displaying, data retrieving and archiving as per the 

their requirements. 

• Develop new algorithms for network solutions to electric energy management, 

which help customers greatly enhance their system performance, e.g., a customer

 reported 40% time cost reduction in CA execution after using our enhancement features.

•  Architect and implement new features for Alstom EMS products, including 

contingency analysis (CA), optimal power flow (OPF)/security enhancement (SENH), 

state estimation (RTNET), outage evaluation, and (voltage and transient) stability 

assessment. The new features can improve the efficiency of customers’ system 

in daily operation and accuracy of decision making in control rooms.

•  Perform cross-platform (Windows/Linux) C++ programming, debugging, 

documentation, and user interface (UI) change to support project and software delivery.
