I am a Ph.D. student in Economics at Iowa State University. I hold a M.S. in Applied Economics from Johns Hopkins University and a B.A. in Economics from the University of British Columbia.

Research Interests:

My research interests span macroeconomics, labor economics, and agricultural economics. I am particularly interested in how macroeconomic shocks transmit through labor markets, shaping wages, unemployment, worker mobility, and inequality. I am also exploring the economic implications of artificial intelligence (AI), especially how AI development may reshape economic research, labor markets, and the way economists analyze data and policy.
