SongStems is designed with your privacy in mind. The app processes everything on your device and does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to external servers.

Data Collection

SongStems does not collect any personal data. Specifically:

• No analytics or tracking SDKs

• No crash reporting services

• No advertising frameworks

• No user accounts or login

On-Device Processing

All features — including audio analysis (BPM, key, sections), AI stem separation, and playback — run entirely on your device using on-device machine learning. Your audio files never leave your device.

Data Storage

All data is stored locally on your device:

• Imported songs and separated stems

• Playlists and playback settings

• App preferences

This data is not accessible to Clymer or any third party.

In-App Purchases

SongStems offers a one-time in-app purchase processed through Apple's App Store. Clymer does not have access to your payment information. Please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy for details on how Apple handles transactions.

Third-Party Services

SongStems does not integrate with any third-party services, APIs, or SDKs that collect user data.

Children's Privacy

SongStems does not knowingly collect any personal information from children or any other users.

California Privacy Rights

Since SongStems does not collect, store, or share any personal information, there is no data to disclose, delete, or sell under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). California residents are entitled to the same privacy protections as all users of the app.
