USPS receives thousands of letters to Santa each holiday season, and the mission of Operation Santa® is to answer these letters with the help of people all over the country.

You can "adopt" and answer a letter (or multiple) through the program and buy gifts for the recipient, which will be shipped after you bring it to a participating Post Office™.
