What information do we collect?
Device Information
We collect your device and network connection information for analytical purpose only when you use our App. This information includes your device brand, the model of your device, your network status, etc. The device information that we collect does not contain any user sensitive information, such as device ID or anything that can be used to permanently identify a user or device.
Information collected by Third-Party Analytical Tools
Our app integrates SDKs from several analytical service providers for app optimization purpose. These third-party SDKs may also collect your information such as GAID (Google Advertising ID on Android devices) , region (defined as the location where a given language is used), location information and IP address. This Policy does not govern our third party analytical tools. You can find their privacy policy on their websites. The partners we select to work with include but are not limited to Firebase (analytical platform of Google LLC), etc. The information they provide to us is aggregated analytical data.
Information collected by Third-Party SDKs from our Monetization Partners
Some of the third-party monetization SDKs integrated in our app may access your information for the purpose of ad optimization. Such information includes GAID (Google Advertising ID on Android devices) or IDFA (Identifier for Advertising on iOSdevices), region (defined as the location where a given language is used), location information and IP address. This Policy does not govern our third party monetization partners, as they have their own privacy policies which can be viewed on their websites. We have no access to or control over such third parties. However, we have a routine procedure to scan all third party SDKs to detect if they collect sensitive user information. The partners we select to work with include but are not limited to Google AdMob (monetization platform of Google LLC) Applovin(Applovin Corporation), UnityAds, etc.

Information You Directly and Voluntarily Provide to Us
When you access or use our Services, you may provide the following information to us:
Customer Support Information: If you are a visitor to the Site, or a user of the Apps, we may collect information that you provide to us when you communicate with any of our departments such as customer service or technical services.
Profile Information: When using some of our Services, you may be able to add information to your profile, such as an avatar or profile picture, birthday, nickname or username, or country. You voluntarily provide this information to us.
Your Content: When using some of our Services, you can create, post, upload or share content by providing us with access to your photos, media and files, and your device’s camera and microphone. You voluntarily provide this information to us.
Information Automatically Collected Through the Services
We automatically collect information about you when you use the Services, such as:
Device Information: If you access the Services through a mobile device, we may be able to identify the general location of your mobile device (not precise geolocation data), your mobile device’s brand, model, operating system, resolution, screen size, system version, Bluetooth settings, internet connection, random-access memory (“RAM”), the application you have installed, the applications you have running in the background, mobile device's advertising ID, other unique identifiers and other information related to device setting.
Cookies & Similar Tracking Information: We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to collect information about your interactions with our Services. The information we collect includes, but is not limited to, account activation time, content displayed to you and whether you clicked on it, advertisements displayed to you and whether you clicked on them, URLs you have visited, notifications that have appeared on your mobile device, your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, your mobile country code, and your user ID.
Content Sharing: When you choose to share content with us, we automatically collect information about your Wi-Fi connection, and call information.
You may be able to limit the amount of information collected from your device (e.g., computer, phone, or tablet) with us by adjusting your device or browser settings. However, by preventing us from collecting information from you, we may not be able to provide some functions on our Services. Information You Share on Third Party Websites or through Social Media Services
The Services may include links to third-party websites and social media services where you may be able to post comments, stories, reviews or other information. Your use of these third-party websites and social media services may result in the collection or sharing of information about you by these third-party websites and social media services. How do we use this information?
To improve our product
As mentioned above, we collect your information for analytical purpose. This analytical data is only for app optimization. Some third-party monetization partners such as Facebook and Google may use the information they collected to optimize advertisement experience. Their use of information is governed by their privacy policy. We don’t have access to any such information they collected.
Payments
Within the SongFinder application, there are additional features and services available for purchase. These payments can be structured as either ongoing subscription plans ("Subscriptions") or one-time payments.
Subscriptions within SongFinder may vary in price or payment terms, depending on factors such as subscription duration or device type. Detailed information regarding pricing can be found on our pricing page, accessible here. Subscriptions are prepaid, with charges occurring at the onset of each subscription period. We reserve the right to offer distinct features or services within Subscriptions, introduce new features, or modify existing ones at our discretion. Additionally, we retain the right to adjust Subscription fees. Should such adjustments occur while you are a paid user, the new rate will apply to your next subscription period. Alternatively, you may choose to cancel your Subscription, in which case you will receive a prorated refund.
SongFinder may, at our discretion, offer a free trial for each Subscription. By signing up for a Free Trial, you agree that unless you actively cancel your Subscription by the trial's end, you will be automatically billed based on the current Subscription terms.
Upon purchasing a Subscription, your subscription will renew automatically, and your designated payment method will be charged accordingly, unless you actively cancel your Subscription through your App Store or Google Play account. If canceled, access to the Subscription will cease at the end of the current billing period, with no refunds issued for the remaining period.
To process Subscription fees, SongFinder utilizes in-app payment processors such as Google Pay for Android users. Transactions are subject to the terms of use and privacy policies of these processors. By making payments for SongFinder services, you agree to review and comply with these terms and policies. SongFinder will not be held liable for any actions or omissions by these payment processors. In the event of changes to payment processors, users will be notified in accordance with the terms outlined in our End User License Agreement.
Cancellation terms and disputes will be subject to the terms of the relevant payment processors.
Refunds: SongFinder may issue full or partial refunds for paid services based on the reason for the refund. Users can submit a Refund Request within thirty (30) days of purchase. Upon approval, users will receive a cancellation email from Google Pay, indicating the cancellation of their subscription or in-app purchase

We will pass the recorded audio from your device to a 3rd(ShazamKit API) party service to recognize the song you recorded we don't store audio information just process it at that time and the audio is rejected Discard immediately after processing is complete (https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/en-ww/).
