Noche Latina
What is Noche Latina?
Every year the Somos Amigos Parent Club forms a Fundraising Committee to help raise funds for the School.
This year our goal is $15,000 and we need your help to get there!
This year the fundraiser, named Noche Latina, will be held from
April 11th-21st, 2024
Noche Latina is an Online Auction highlighting local businesses, Alaskan excursions, and more!
We also raise money via Direct Donations and a 50/50 raffle!
All three options are easily accessible and shareable online!
Noche Latina, historically, was an in-person evening of dancing, food, door prizes, and a silent auction. Noche Latina became an online auction in 2020. The SAPC fundraising committee was able to bring in more money to directly benefit the school than ever before!
2024's auction earnings will go toward new equipment and soundproofing for el nuevo gimnasio (new gym), classroom curriculum materials, as well as everyday school supplies for all the students.
How do Parents Contribute?
Parents contribute to Noche Latina by donating their time to the SAPC Fundraising Committee, Donating items to be auctioned, Direct Donations, Buying Raffle Tickets, and Sharing the Noche Latina links online and with family and friends!
Anyone can donate or buy during Noche Latina!
Items acquired for the auction can be brought to the school at any time! We aim to have all the auction items in-house by the beginning of March.

Donation Request Letter and Donation Forms
The donation letter contains the school's Tax ID as well as more information about the fundraiser and school. Please give the letter directly to the donor.
The Donation Form is to come to the school with the item, filled out.

Many Hands Make Light Work!
Pizza Party!
This is a great way to contribute to the school without taking much of your time. You will also help your student’s class win a PIZZA PARTY that YOU CAN ATTEND!
To have your child's class win, you donate at least one item (but more are welcome) to be auctioned off via our online auction. We are searching for great products, services, food, tours, excursions, rentals, or whatever’s clever that you think will auction well!
We ask you to solicit donations from your own business, a friend’s business, or a frequented business.
Keep an eye on your class's tracking jar at the front of the school to see who’s winning. The class with the most donated items wins a Pizza Party for the students and YOU!
