Somebody Should Do Something isn’t about getting into the weeds of academic distinctions, theoretical background, and esoteric terminology. But let’s face it: we’re philosophers. Push us and we’ll admit that sometimes the distinctions, background, and terminology matter. This Appendix aims to clarify some of these for the interested reader.
