OUR INFRASTRUCTURE

We are able to provide employee friendly environment to our team and best-quality products to our customers owing to our well planned and exceptional infrastructure. We have two units, one in Vadodara District at Survey No.: 73 to 75, Village Karkhadi, Tal. Padra and another at Plot No. 145, GIDC, Nandesari. In a short span of time, we have gained a sizable market share in Pigments & Solvent dyes market.

We have received EC and NOC for the production of total 3120 MT/ Annum of Solvent Dyes and pigments. All our well-equipped production facilities are managed by experienced and qualified personnel. We have allocated well-designed and fully equipped storage area for storing of semi finished and finished products. Our Dispatch team takes utmost care to dispatch the product in best packaging so as to ensure safe and smoother product deliveries at clients Doorstep.

FRAMEWORK OF PRODUCTION ACTIVITIES

Water requirement is fulfilled through two bore-wells, each of 4.0 kl/hr.
Boiler house with a 3 T IBR boiler
RO Plant for water-treatment with capacity of 1200l/h to cope-up with the requirement of production activities.
Manufacturing activities: Capable of carrying out various chemical reactions involved in the manufacturing of solvent dyes, pigments, and various specialty products.

RAW MATERIALS STORAGE FACILITY

Dedicated warehouse for storing raw materials and underground tanks for solvent storage.

REACTORS

The plant is equipped with SS, Glasline, Rubber lined, FRP reactors to carry out different types of reactions.

FILTRATION/ DRYING/ PULVERINZING UNITS

ANF, Filter Press, Centrifuge and Filter box are different types of filtration units that are used. A section is dedicated for Steam Dryers in order to dry the products after filtration. A room equipped with Pulverizers, Nauta Mixtures, Vibrator Screen and Air Jet Mills is dedicated to pulverize and blend the materials. This room is also equipped with de-dusting system having around 20 suction points to ensure dust free environment for our workers.

FIRE AND SAFETY

Fire Hydrant system is laid out all around the plant to take care of any emergency along with the Foam trolleys that are stationed at various locations. The water supply for this safety measure is guaranteed by water storage tanks and a network of pumps that can run independent of power supply. Safety awareness training is imparted to all employees regularly. In addition, there is a dedicated team on every shift that is more intensly trained and equipped for initial action in emergency.
