After 75-minutes of team challenge activities for 175 TEDxYouth@ManhattanBeach participants, Keith discusses how play can be used to develop leadership and cooperation skills.  Drawing on metaphors from the activities, he asks the audience to consider what kind of people they want to be and how they want to interact with others using a solution-focused mindset vs. a problem focused mindset.
