Effective as of: August 19, 2026
This privacy policy applies to the Solo X Player app (hereby referred to as "Application") for Android mobile devices that was created by Infinity+ (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a freemium, ad-supported service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include information such as:
Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g., IP address)
The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, and the time spent on those pages
The overall time spent on the Application
The operating system you use on your mobile device
The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.
With your explicit permission, the Application reads the following data from Android's Health Connect:
Steps
Distance
Active calories burned
Exercise sessions
This is used to detect physical activity you've completed — whether logged inside the Application or in another fitness app or wearable connected to Health Connect — and to convert it into in-app rewards (XP, quest credit, and rank progression) and your personal activity history within the app.
With your explicit permission, the Application also writes the following data back to Health Connect:
Exercise sessions (when you log a workout inside the Application)
Mindfulness sessions (when you complete a guided meditation inside the Application's "Guided Meditation" feature)
The Application also reads Mindfulness session data from Health Connect, to detect meditation completed in other connected apps and award corresponding credit, and to avoid awarding duplicate credit for sessions already logged inside the Application itself.
Health and fitness data is used solely to power the Application's quest, XP, and activity-tracking features. It is not shared with advertisers, not sold, and not used for any purpose beyond the Application's own gamification and personal activity history features. You can review or revoke Health Connect permissions for the Application at any time via Settings → Security & Privacy → Privacy Controls → Health Connect → App permissions.
If you enable the Application's app-blocking feature ("Dark Lock"), the Application requests Android's Usage Access permission (PACKAGE_USAGE_STATS) so it can detect which app is currently in the foreground on your device, and the "display over other apps" permission (SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW) so it can show a block screen when you open an app you've chosen to limit. This detection happens entirely on your device to enforce the blocking schedule you configure — we do not transmit, log, or store which specific apps you use, or when, on our servers. You can revoke Usage Access at any time via Settings → Apps → Special app access → Usage access, which disables the app-blocking feature.
The Application displays ads served through Google AdMob to support the free tier of the Application. AdMob may collect and use device identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID), IP address, and general app-interaction data to serve and measure ads, and — where permitted and consented to — to personalize ads based on your interests. Where required by applicable law (for example, in the EEA or UK), a consent mechanism is presented before personalized advertising is enabled. You can reset or limit ad personalization for your device via Settings → Privacy → Ads.
The Service Provider may use the information you provide to contact you from time to time to deliver important information, required notices, and marketing promotions.
For a better experience while using the Application, the Service Provider may require you to provide certain personally identifiable information. The information that the Service Provider requests will be retained by them and used as described in this privacy policy.
To enhance your experience and securely track your progress within Solo X Player, the Application uses Firebase Anonymous Authentication. When you use the Application without explicitly signing in, a unique anonymous user identifier is generated and stored on your device. This identifier is used solely to save your progress, update leaderboard data, and personalize your experience. No personally identifiable information is collected or linked to this anonymous identifier. If you later choose to create an account (for example, by signing in with Google), your anonymous account may be linked to your new account, preserving your progress and settings.
Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and its service. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties as described in this privacy statement.
Please note that the Application utilizes third-party services that have their own Privacy Policies regarding data handling. Below are the links to the Privacy Policies of the third-party service providers used by the Application:
The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:
As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process;
When they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, your safety, or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
With their trusted service providers who work on their behalf, do not have independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you'd like the Service Provider to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact them at help.soloxplayer@gmail.com and they will respond in a reasonable time.

You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
This privacy policy is effective as of 2026-08-19.
By using the Application, you are consenting to the processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by the Service Provider.
If you have any questions regarding privacy while using the Application, or have questions about the practices described herein, please contact the Service Provider via email at help.soloxplayer@gmail.com.
