This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you ("User") and SolLens ("Developer").
The Developer grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use SolLens ("the App") on your personal device for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not:
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Redistribute, sublicense, or sell the App
Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
The App, including its design, code, graphics, and branding, is the intellectual property of the Developer and is protected by applicable copyright laws.
The App uses third-party APIs to retrieve publicly available cryptocurrency data. These services are governed by their own terms. The Developer is not responsible for third-party service availability or accuracy.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The Developer does not guarantee the accuracy of risk scores, prices, or market data. The App does not provide financial advice.
The Developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to trading losses, data loss, or service interruptions.
This license is effective until terminated. The Developer may terminate this license at any time. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App.
The Developer reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
