Business Process Analytics

I investigated, mapped, tested, automated and optimised business processes using a wide range of tools and methods. I elicited information from subject matter experts and turned it into coherent process maps and documentation that were used to understand and improve the way people and systems interacted with each other. I also created custom tools to decompose UML and BPMN process diagrams into sequential datasets for importation into a wide range of process test tools and project management platforms.

Technical Writing

I wrote concise and subject specific collateral that will engage and inform your readers. I produced engaging content that cut through terminology barriers and shone a light on the true meaning, purpose and function.

Programming

Although I was never a 'hard core' developer, I was still comfortable with a broad range of mid-level programming, scripting and query languages, and had developed many different software tools to solve all sorts of problems or to move or manipulate data between all sorts of systems and sources | Find out more
