Shopping with us isn’t just about products it’s about the whole experience. Our policies are here to set expectations upfront so you know exactly what to expect when you order from us.

We encourage you to go through these policies before placing your order. That way there are no surprises, and you can shop with confidence knowing your rights and our responsibilities

We keep it real with our customers. Everything we sell is 1:1 quality crafted with the same attention to detail, materials and finishing as the originals. Whether it’s sneakers, apparel or accessories our products are designed to look, feel and perform just like retail. From stitching and fit to packaging and overall quality we make sure every item matches up so you can shop with confidence.Please note: Not all sneakers come with the original brand box. However we always provide a sturdy protective box to ensure your order arrives safely and in perfect condition.All perfumes we offer are original-based fragrances created to match the scent profile of luxury brands at 1:1 quality. Our 200ml bottles are oil-based giving you a longer-lasting fragrance experience with the same rich notes you’d expect from high-end scents.

Exchange Policy 

We operate on a No Refund, Exchange Only Policy.

This means we do not issue cash refunds, but if a mistake happens on our side, we’ll make it right through an exchange.

When this applies:

-You received the wrong product.

-The wrong size was sent.

-You got a different colorway than ordered.

What we’ll do:                                                                                                    

-Arrange an exchange for the correct item.

-As an apology for the inconvenience, you’ll also get 10% off your next order. 

Order Confirmation & Processing

All orders must be paid in full to confirm and initiate processing. Once your payment reflects, your product is released from our warehouse and prepared for dispatch.

We do not actively keep large amounts of stock; most items are sourced and processed upon confirmation. However, we do keep select products on hand, which means some orders can be delivered within as little as 3 days.(standard order time still applies to ALL orders)

Our fastest recorded turnaround time was an order that was confirmed, processed and shipped in under 3 hours with the customer receiving their sneakers on the same day.

Shipping

While delivery times may vary depending on your location and chosen courier, we guarantee that your order will arrive within 6–8 business days from the day of dispatch. Our team is dedicated to fast, reliable processing and we work hard to make sure your item(s) reach you on time

For customers located in Cape Town we also offer in-person meet-ups as an added convenience. Please note:

• The full payment must be made in advance before the meet-up. This is to avoid any security risks including the use of counterfeit money or attempted theft.
  
  

• All meet-ups are done in public, secure locations such as Cavendish Mall, V&A Waterfront, Canal Walk or even at local police stations.

Important: While we do everything possible to ensure timely deliveries, once an order is handed over to the courier, certain delays (such as strikes, bad weather, or operational issues on their side) are unfortunately beyond our control. In such cases, we’ll do our best to assist and keep you updated until your order arrives.
