Solar has a partnership with YMCA youth sports, which enables us to participate at a discounted rate. The YMCA provides a recreational athletics environment that is approproate for our youngest athletes in early elementary school to begin learning about different sports.
As our athletes reach upper elementary and middle school, we participate in more competitive leagues, primarily the Texas Charter School Academic and Athletic League. This allows us to represent Solar, demonstrate our core values and prepare our athletes to compete in high school sports.
