Requests and needs can fall into one of two categories:
EMERGENCIES: Call the Maintenance Line at 267-609-5945
Texting is not available, we want to get emergencies to a person as swiftly as possible and do not have SMS enabled. This line round-robins intelligently to every maintenance person on our team.
Here are a few examples of emergencies:
Fire: Call 911 first, then Sola Facility Line.
Water Issues; such as: major roof leaks, major sink leaks, urgent plumbing issues, no hot water or no water at all, etc.
Extreme Temperature Issues: where studio/building temperatures exceed 75 degrees or drop below 65 degrees
Electrical: No lights in studios, or no power to the entire studio or building, etc.
NON-URGENT: Put in a Work Order with the links below.
Texting becomes available with an assigned team member once a ticket is opened and assigned. You will be notified when work is about to begin, and when the ticket is closed.
