485 Santa Clara Street is a proposed mixed-use building to be built around the Vallejo Station Phase B parking garage. The proposal includes about 120-150 new housing units and approximately 40,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space.
The City Council approved an Exclusive Negotiations Agreement with Holliday Development during their 26 May 2020 meeting. This will allow the City to negotiate with the developer about the specifics of the project and the purchase of the land over the next nine months.
