Description

This project proposes to construct a new 66,323 square feet Hampton Inn and Suites on a two acre site at 1000 Mason Street. The 109-room hotel would have five stories and stand at a height of 70 feet.

This project is located within the Vacaville Downtown Specific Plan.

Planned amenities include a swimming pool and outdoor dining areas.

As part of the project, 109 parking spaces would be provided.
