One Lake, formerly known as Canon Station, is an under construction master planned neighborhood to be constructed within the Train Station Specific Plan Area, located in Planning Area Four.
The neighborhood would have 1230 new residential units around a 21 acre lake called Lake Park. The project is north of the Fairfield-Vacaville Hannigan station, which serves the Amtrak Capitol Corridor route.
A pedestrian bridge over Vanden Road/Jepson Parkway will connect an extended Linear Park Trail with Travis Unified School District schools.
The development would also include a Village Core with retail spaces, a new library, a boathouse, parks, and other amenities for residents and visitors.
This project is currently under construction.
