The way our service billing works... 

Our Residential Service call fee is $85.00, and it covers the first 15 Minutes of labor. 

Labor $115.00/hour plus parts

Emergencies are subject to a $125.00 Service Call Fee 

Commercial properties and Condo's Service Call fee is $145.00,  and it covers the first 15 Minutes of labor. 

Labor $125.00/hour plus parts

Most quarterly plans start out at $460.00 for the year. 

If you call to schedule a repair and decide you'd like to sign up for a maintenance plan we will apply your discounts right away. That's 10% off parts and $10.00 off your repairs service call fee! 

This year we are ditching the 3% credit card surcharge as of 01/23/2026!
