The way our service billing works... 

Our Residential Service call fee is $85.00, and it covers the first 15 Minutes of labor. 

Labor $115.00/hour plus parts

Emergencies are subject to a $125.00 Service Call Fee 

Commercial properties and Condo's Service Call fee is $145.00,  and it covers the first 15 Minutes of labor. 

Labor $125.00//hour plus parts

Call to schedule a quote for one of our maintenance plans! Our maintenance customers receive exclusive discounts. Like 10% off parts. Most quarterly plans start out at $460.00 for the year.
