• The Semiconductor Materials & Optoelectronic Devices Lab is conducting research on organic/inorganic hybrid semiconductor materials and optoelectronic devices. 

• For the research, we synthesize various nanomaterials and focused on optimizing the surface/interfaces characteristics of nanomaterials to enhance the performance of optoelectronic devices.
