반도체 소재/광전소자 연구실은 유무기 하이브리드 반도체 소재와 광전자 소자에 대한 연구를 수행하고 있습니다. 

연구를 위해 다양한 나노소재를 합성하고, 나노소재의 표면/계면을 최적화하여 광전자 소자의 성능을 향상하는 연구를 진행하고 있습니다.

The Semiconductor Materials & Optoelectronic Devices Lab is conducting research on organic/inorganic hybrid semiconductor materials and optoelectronic devices. 

For the research, we synthesize various nanomaterials and focused on optimizing the surface/interfaces characteristics of nanomaterials to enhance the performance of optoelectronic devices.
