President
Tim Ko is one of Dr. Ko's sons, a founding member of the Ko Foundation and its current president. He studied abroad in Finland for his junior year of high school, an experience that has stuck with him ever since. After the Foundation was founded in 1991, Tim has sought to give other students the chance to study abroad and honor his father's memory by supporting them in their academic endeavors. He currently lives in Tennessee, working as a physician's assistant.
Secretary
Suzie Ko is Dr. Ko's only daughter and the Foundation's secretary. Like many of her siblings, she studied abroad for a year in high school, traveling to Denmark shortly after her father passed away. The experience, as well as sharing her home with over a dozen exchange students over the years, gave Suzie a keen love for intercultural connection. Currently, she works as a nurse in New York.
Treasurer
Doug Landon is the Foundation's treasurer and longtime family friend of the Ko's. He has tirelessly worked to preserve Dr. Ko's memory by working with the Foundation to get scholarship funds to deserving students. Doug currently works as an attorney in New York.
Social Media Manager
Andi is the eldest granddaughter of Dr. Ko and the Foundation's social media manager. She loves working with the Ko Foundation because it gives her an opportunity to honor the love for education and cultural curiosity that she inherited from her grandfather. Andi currently resides in Virginia, where she is pursuing a career in library science.
