Contract Signing:
Upon agreement of terms and services, I'll proceed with drafting and signing a comprehensive Staging/Design contract. This document will outline the scope of work, timeline, and responsibilities of both parties, ensuring a clear understanding and alignment of expectations.
Deposit Submission:
To initiate the staging process, a deposit is required prior to the commencement of furniture installation. This deposit secures my services and allows me to proceed with preparations for staging your home.
Staging Implementation:
With the contract finalized and deposit received, I will proceed with staging your home according to the agreed-upon design plan. I will carefully select and place furnishings and decor items to enhance the appeal and functionality of your space.
Final Payment:
Upon completion of the staging process and prior to the showcasing of your staged home, the final balance outlined in the contract is due. This ensures that all financial obligations are met before the property is presented to potential buyers or guests.
Furniture Removal:
Following the staging period, I will coordinate the prompt removal of rented furniture and decor items from your property. This ensures a seamless transition and allows you to showcase your home or event space in its best condition.
