HISTORY: 

  Soho Cafe and Grill was founded by Jose Zosayas. Jose was born in Mexico with a quite fascinating story. He helped his family and was even part of the Mexican military. He always had an eye for cooking as he always watched his mother cook.

   Jose entered the restaurant business more than 30 years ago when he first applied as an auxiliary chef.  Jose succeeded at this position and became the head chef at Scott Deli (no longer existing), and made his way up the food business. His later achievements were at Giuliano's (no longer existing) and his last job was at Stage Star Deli where he was manager. These things have helped Jose become what he now is and has given him the knowledge of what it is like to run a business.

  Jose opened Soho Cafe and Grill on August 21, 2010. Soho Cafe and Grill has been successful and it keeps persevering with its great owner.
